Christmas Giveaway Contest Rules

1. Eligibility:

    • This contest is open to legal residents of Stanislaus, Merced, and San Joaquin Counties who are 18 or older at the time of entry.

    • Employees of Clarence Oliveira, its affiliates, fellow realtor friends subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Also, fellow Realtors and friends, please refrain from entering this giveaway.

    • This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. How to Enter:

To enter, participants must:

    • Like the Post
    • Comment and tag three friends with your favorite holiday dish/food
    • Click on this link – https://ow.ly/Jy0A50QixRH and add your name, phone number, and email address to the form.
    • The contest begins on December 15th at noon and ends on December 21st at noon.

    • All entry activities must be completed and the form must be submitted for eligibility.

4. Winner Selection and Notification:

    • A winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on December 22, 2023.
    • The winner will be notified by email and text within 24 hours of selection.
    • The winner will have 3 days to respond to the notification and claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, a new winner will be selected.

5. Prize:

    • The winner will receive four Crab Cioppino tickets (4 tickets valued at $280, or $280 in cash) on or before the T. P. A.  dinner on Saturday, February 3, 2024, at the Turlock Ballroom.
    • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.
    • No substitution for the prize will be allowed except at the discretion of the Sponsor, due to circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s control.

6. General Rules:

    • By participating in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
    • The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it deems, in its sole discretion, to be incomplete, illegible, offensive, or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules.
    • The Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice.
    • The Sponsor is not responsible for any technical malfunctions that may occur during the contest.
    • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

7. Release and Limitation of Liability:

    • By participating in this contest, entrants release the Sponsor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising out of or relating to their participation in the contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

8. Disputes:

    • All disputes arising out of or relating to this contest shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

9. Sponsor:
